Welcome, Fellow Boilermakers! Here are some upcoming events to put on your calendar.
Get Involved with the Purdue Club of D.C.
Are you interested in getting involved with the Purdue Club of D.C.? We're always looking for new members to get involved in all of the activities our club participates in. We're also looking for people to fill some of our officer positions and volunteer coaching positions. If your interested send us an e-mail! More information on membership to the club is provided in the "About Us" section of this website (including the club membership form).
Hands on DC Volunteer Event
Join other Purdue alumni and volunteer at Hands on DC. Hands on DC's biggest event is a one-day Work-a-thon held every spring. Purdue alumni join approximately 2,000 other volunteers each year and spend the day at one of about 30 DC public schools selected for the project day. Work typically involves projects such as painting, cleaning, or landscaping. The event is on Saturday, May 19 at 8:45 am - 1:00 pm in Washington, DC (the exact location won't be announced until closer to the date of the event).
Spring/Summer Sports!
Are you interested in playing co-ed softball or soccer? The Purdue Alumni team needs your help! Please go to the sports page to sign-up for the 2012 season! Softball and soccer seasons start in late-April/early-May.
Save the Date - Student Alumni Picnic - July 29!
We've tentatively set the date for the annual student alumni picnic for July 29, 2012. More information will be posted as soon as it's available.
